These Terms and Conditions of Service govern the passenger transportation services offered by VTC Cioni.

Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. PURPOSE
Cioni Chauffeur Service provides chauffeur-driven passenger transportation services by prior reservation, primarily in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, as well as throughout France and internationally upon request.
3. Reservation
Reservations can be made by phone, email, through the contact form on the website, or by any other means of communication accepted by VTC Cioni. A reservation is not considered final until confirmed by VTC Cioni. The customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding the trip, the number of passengers, luggage, and contact details.
4. Rates
Rates are provided to the customer prior to booking confirmation. Prices are quoted in euros and include vehicle rental, driver services, fuel, and mandatory commercial insurance. The following may be billed as additional charges: tolls, parking fees, exceptional waiting times, and specific customer requests.
5. Payment
Payment may be made in cash (within legal limits), by credit card, by bank transfer, or via a secure payment link when available. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the service. For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
6. Cancellation Policy
Annulation par le client : plus de 24 heures avant la prise en charge sans frais ; entre 24 heures et 12 heures avant la prise en charge : 50 % du montant pourront être facturés ; moins de 12 heures avant ou en cas de non-présentation : 100 % du montant seront dus. Annulation par VTC Cioni : en cas d’impossibilité d’exécuter la prestation pour un motif légitime, VTC Cioni s’efforcera de proposer une solution alternative.
7. Waiting time
Up to 15 minutes for a standard pickup and up to 60 minutes for a pickup at a train station or airport, provided the train or flight number is provided. Beyond these time limits, waiting fees may apply.
8. Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to treat the vehicle and its equipment with care, behave in accordance with safety regulations, fasten their seatbelt, refrain from smoking or vaping, and not transport any dangerous or illegal items.
9. Luggage
Luggage is transported at the owner’s own risk. Customers must notify us of any oversized luggage at the time of booking. VTC Cioni cannot be held responsible for items left in the vehicle.
10. Liability
VTC Cioni is bound by an obligation of means in the performance of its services. It shall not be held liable for any delays resulting from, among other things, traffic jams, accidents, inclement weather, extraordinary events, or any circumstances beyond its control.
11. Force Majeure
VTC Cioni shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure as defined by French case law.
12. Personal Information
The information collected in connection with reservations is used solely for the purpose of providing services and managing customer relations. In accordance with the GDPR, customers have the right to access, correct, object to, and delete their personal data. Any requests may be sent to: vtccioni83@gmail.com.
13. Réclamations
Any claim regarding a service must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the completion of the transport.
14. Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to reach an amicable resolution before taking any legal action. If no amicable agreement can be reached, the competent courts in the jurisdiction where VTC Cioni has its registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer may, free of charge, seek the assistance of a consumer mediator to resolve a dispute amicably. VTC Cioni must provide the contact information for the appropriate mediator in accordance with applicable regulations.
